Overloaded with projects due to previous layoffs. Everyone in the department is looking for new jobs and doesn't want to be there. No career advancement or guidance. No one to ask for help due to previous layoffs of people that had seniority at the company. Layoff specific people to prevent age and gender discrimination lawsuits even if they are top performing and valued team members."
